Barn and Combine

I "discovered" this photo in one of my files. The scene is in Northern Idaho and was taken on our way to see Damon and Jess in Spokane. I used that Nikon D3s to shoot it as a HDR. I also used that onOne program to get the background look. LYLE

An Open Invitation

This photo was okay but was distracting by all the other stuff around it so I cropped it down and put a burnt edge on it, much better. LYLE

Barn Cat

I caught this cat by this old barn but nearly ruined my camera taking it. I had my 10-24 wide angle lens on and switched it to the 18-105 zoom lens. When I did that a little breeze blew dust inside the camera, there were about 50 little specks that had to be clone stamped out to save the photo. LYLE

Pitchfork Heaven

This lonely pitchfork is resting peacefully in this scene. It is a 5 shot HDR taken from outside the building through a window. LYLE

Blue Barn

You may wonder about the title for this photo. It is because Ann had borrowed my camera and I didn't think about the white balance before shooting. It was quite blue because she had been shooting indoors and had it set for some interior type of lighting, it didn't work too well outdoors. I just couldn't bring it back enough to get the blue out of the wood grain so I turned it black and white. LYLE

Idaho Barn

We were on our way to Spokane, WA to see Damon and Jessica when we came around a curve in the road and I decided to see just what that Nikon D3s would do so I quickly pulled off the road and took this HDR set. I had to clone stamp out some birds that were showing up 5 times in a row and a shadow that attracted too much attention. I am going to frame this one. LYLE
